CALL FOR CONSULTANCY FIRMS
Consultancy for Conducting Diagnostic Assessment and Developing a Roadmap for Education Sector Decentralisation
The Office of the President, Galmudug State, invites qualified consultancy firms to submit applications for the assignment titled “Consultancy for Conducting Diagnostic Assessment and Developing a Roadmap for Education Sector Decentralisation.”
The purpose of the assignment is to assess the current status of education sector decentralisation in Galmudug State and develop a practical roadmap to guide phased implementation of decentralised education service delivery.
Interested firms are invited to download the ToR_Conducting Diagnostic Assessment and the TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL PROPOSAL TEMPLATE , review the requirements carefully, and submit their applications no later than 18 March 2026 at 5:00 PM Somalia Time.
Applications should include the required technical proposal, financial proposal, company profile, CVs of proposed key personnel, and relevant registration documents, in line with the application requirements. The financial proposal should cover professional fees only, as operational logistics for the assignment will be covered by the client.
