The Office of the President of Galmudug state hereby invites eligible and qualified consultancy firms to apply for the consultancy assignment described in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).
The detailed ToR, including the scope of work, deliverables, eligibility requirements, and application instructions, is provided in the attachment. Consultancy firms are required to prepare their submissions using the attached proposal template and provide all requested supporting documents, including the CV of the proposed lead consultant where applicable.
Applications must be submitted by email to admin@statehouse.gm.so no later than 9th March 2026 at 5:00 PM Somalia Time.
Only applications that meet the requirements outlined in the ToR will be considered.
